Honda To Launch Rebel 500 Cruiser
Honda Motorcycle India recently launched its CRF 1100L Africa Twin Bike in the domestic market. But now the company is preparing to expand its portfolio and can offer many bikes in the 500 cc segment.
These bikes include Honda Rebel 500, Honda CBR500R, CB500F, and CB500X. While the Rebel 500 is a well-known cruiser bike, the CBR500R is a sports bike.
The CB500F is a naked streetfighter bike, while the CB500X is a dual-purpose adventure motorcycle. According to the information, the company can also offer its CBR 1000 RR-R Fireblade by the end of this year.
Let us tell you that all these 500 cc motorcycles have many similarities because all these bikes are built on the same architecture. However, there are also many different poisons.
Among all these bikes, Honda Rebel 500 has attracted the most attention. Some information about this has been revealed earlier. It is believed that its price can be up to Rs 4.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
In the Rebel 500, the company has installed a parallel twin-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine of 471 cc. This engine gives 44.9 bhp of power at 8,500 rpm and 44.6 newton meter of torque at 6,000 rpm.
Along with this, a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch is given as standard.
