Automatic Gearbox Variants of Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Asta Available
Hyundai had recently launched the third generation Nios of Hyundai Grand i10 in the Indian market. Now the top variant of the Grand i10 Nios has been launched with the automatic gearbox option.
The Grand i10 Nios is available in two engine variants, the first being a 1.2-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 82 bhp and 114 Newton-meter torque.
The other is a 1.2-liter 3 cylinder diesel unit that produces 74 Bhp of power and 190 Newton meter of torque. Both engines are available with a 5-speed manual and automatic transmission.
Recently Hyundai has launched the turbo petrol model of Grand i10 Nios. It is also being called a sports variant. It has a 1.0-liter petrol engine that produces 99 Bhp of power and 172 Nm of torque.
This model has a 5-speed manual gearbox. The turbo model of the i10 Nios has been priced at Rs 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom).
At the same time, company has stopped production of Era and Asta variants of Grand i10 in India. However, the production of Magna and Sports Variants (CNG) of Grand i10 is still in progress.
