MES Announces Marvin Riley Joining as Chief Executive Officer and Tom Hubregsen Transitioning to Executive Chairman – PR.com
Sandy Hook, CT, September 26, 2024 –(PR.com)– Municipal Emergency Services (“MES” or the “Company”) announced today that, in connection with a long-planned transition, the MES Board of Directors has selected Marvin Riley to succeed Thomas Hubregsen as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hubregsen will transition from the role of Chief Executive Officer to the full-time position of Executive Chairman. Mr. Hubregsen and Mr. Riley will continue as members of the MES Board of Directors.

Mr. Riley previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enpro Industries (NYSE: NPO), where he successfully transformed the company from a traditional industrial firm to a material science-based industrial technology company. Under his leadership, Enpro Industries achieved a market capitalization exceeding $2 billion.
Mr. Riley is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and Howard University. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Wolfspeed, Mattr, and Duravant.
